The steps of using the jaw exercisers:

Cook the exercise ball.
When boiling, it is assumed that the entire ball and bite bar are lowered into boiling water. Stay there for 20-25 seconds. Then use a slotted spoon to remove the ballr and shake the hot water from the ball.

Fit for teeth
After boiling the product for 20-25 seconds and throwing off the water, place the ball on your teeth and gently press the white bite band, then bite the exercise ball firmly and keep it in that position for 10 seconds.

Repeat
If you still feel unwell while using the ball, you can repeat the process. Do not bite the ball for more than 35 seconds at a time.

Measure the result
Before you start, it is recommended that you take a photo of yourself. Then, after 4-8 weeks or more of training with this ball, take a new photo to see if you get any progress.
